What do they need to sign up?
The terms for joining don’t require additional setup, homeowners simply need:
- Their Mixergy hot water cylinder MX Number
- To be a British Gas electricity customer on a fixed tariff, with a supply to the same property that your Mixergy cylinder is installed
- A credit meter and a smart meter
