Sales Fulfilment Specialist


Reporting to: Imogen Harding (Supply Chain Operations Manager)
Salary Range: £25-£28k (dependant on experience)
Other: Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme
Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire (there may be occasional travel)


Overview of role:

Mixergy is a fast growth cleantech business which develops smart and connected hot water tanks enabling households to live better, save money and reduce their impact on the environment. We are re-thinking how hot water is done, using technology to find cost-effective and convenient solutions which help people live more sustainably.

Alongside the mass market deployment of our smart hot water tanks in the UK and overseas, we are also the first to intelligently connect a decentralised, digital network of tanks that can provide flexibility to the grid and support the clean energy transition. As we look ahead to 2030, our goal is to provide a clear path to transition from fossil fuel heating to low and zero carbon alternatives, enabling us to achieve our vision to make hot water cheaper, greener, and better for all.

To support our continuing fast growth, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Fulfilment Specialist to support and manage our growing order base, provide first class customer service, and maintain our 5-star Google & Trust Pilot review status.

By working closely with the Sales & Operations teams, you will:

  • Deliver full end to end order support and the ‘Customer experience,’ including co-ordinating new order ETAs with our OEMs, issuing customer emails, and following up on delivery expectations
  • Ensure OEMs and customers are notified of any changes to delivery schedule/specification in a timely manner
  • Update all supporting systems to enable full and comprehensive visibility of order status and progress (SAGE, Salesforce), following our Customer Fulfilment processes
  • Provide prompt and effective issue resolution, escalating where required.


The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail
  • A creative and proactive problem-solving approach
  • Experience of providing a diverse set of Sales & Operations administration duties within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage workload to deadlines, often with conflicting priorities
  • An agile, dependable, and approachable mindset, with the ability to adapt to change
  • Confidence in working autonomously
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook (PowerPoint)
  • (ERP experience e.g., SAGE, Salesforce is desirable but not essential as training will be provided).
