Hot Water Association (HWA) Charter Members
The Hot Water Association (HWA) is the leading trade body for domestic hot water storage and we are delighted to have passed the rigorous independent auditing process to be awarded the status of Charter Member.
The HWA Charter Code of Practice has been introduced to offer consumers quality assurance, product satisfaction, and confidence that the manufacturer of their heating and hot water appliances will deliver a service beyond the supply of the product.
The HWA Charter’s Code of Practice requires that as Charter Members, Mixergy adhere to the following:
- To supply fit-for-purpose products that are clearly and honestly described
- To supply products that meet, or exceed appropriate standards and building and water regulations
- To provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- To provide clear and concise warranty details to customers
