Our warranty provides confidence and our care plans bring peace of mind.
How the warranty works for you
Mixergy cylinders are built to last and come with a 25-year warranty. To activate this warranty, your cylinder must first be registered and connected to the Mixergy network. This is important to give you the basic protection that you need, enabling you to access your warranty information anytime through the Mixergy App and portal.
As with any conventional hot water system, to maintain your warranty it must be annually serviced by a qualified heating engineer, unless you sign up to one of our Care Plan packages.
Care Plan
Our care plans offer hassle-free warranty cover and peace of mind that your cylinder is in full working order.
Mixergy Care gives you our remote monitoring service, keeping your cylinder in order so you don’t need to submit an annual physical inspection to maintain a valid warranty. You’ll receive a notification of any issues and a monthly health report.
Mixergy Care Plus gives you all of the above and will also cover the cost of any spare parts not covered by your 25-year warranty and the associated labour charges for spare parts.
