Holiday support hours

Our homeowner and resident line will be closed on December 25, December 26 and January 1. It will run as normal from 9.00 to 17.00 on all other days. If assistance is needed on a closed day, please contact the original installer, developer or housing provider who will be able to support you.

Holiday support hours

Our installer line will be open from 9.00 to 16.00 on December 25, 26, 29, 30, 31 and January 1. This service is reserved for emergency issues only. All non urgent queries will be handled when our full team returns on January 2 at 8.00.

Any replacement parts required between 25 December to January 1 will be processed from January 2.
