Register your Mixergy product for extended warranty

These terms apply to products installed, or homes moved into, on or after 3 June 2026. Find the full warranty terms on the warranty information page. If your Mixergy product was installed before this date, please do not use this form. 

You have 60 days to register. If you moved into a new home with the cylinder already fitted, the 60 days start from your home’s legal completion date. If you bought the cylinder yourself, they start from the day it was installed. After that, only the standard cover applies.

If you rent your home, or your landlord or housing provider fitted the cylinder, you do not need to do anything. The warranty is theirs to manage, so you can simply enjoy your hot water.

When you register, you unlock extra cover. What you get depends on which Mixergy product you have. 

• Mixergy X, Solar X and iHP X stainless steel cylinder (inner vessel, inc. sensor strip). Cover extended from 2 to 25 years (exc. labour). 
• Cube X vessel (inc. sensor strip). Cover extended from 2 to 5 years (exc. labour). 
• iHP X and Cube X core hardware. Cover extended from 2 to 5 years (exc. labour). This includes, but is not limited to, the heat pump head unit, three-way valves, pre-plumbed assemblies and structural parts (not including the top-up pump), and the thermostatic blending valve and flexible hose connections.
