Terms and conditions
These terms may have changed since you last reviewed them.
We released a new set of terms and conditions on 19 April, 2024.
In addition to all of the Mixergy Care Plan benefits, any Mixergy-supplied peripheral components (as defined below) and labour for replacement peripheral components (as set out below) will be covered under Mixergy Care Plus for up to 25 years, conditional on you complying with your Responsibilities (see ‘Responsibilities’ below).
Coverage
All Mixergy supplied peripheral components are detailed in Appendix A below.
Where a peripheral component needs to be replaced, the installation work to replace of the peripheral component will be covered under Mixergy Care Plus for as long as this subscription is maintained up to a period of 25 years from installation. Please note that this does not cover replacement installation work for your Mixergy hot water cylinder.
In the event that you need to make a claim under your Mixergy Care Plus, please contact tech.support@mixergy.co.uk and Mixergy will arrange for an Approved Installer to come to your home and install your replacement component.
Your Responsibilities
All of your responsibilities under the Mixergy Warranty and the Mixergy Care Plan must be complied with. For further details, please see Warranty and Care Plan.
Subscribing and Unsubscribing from Mixergy Care Plus
You can subscribe to the Mixergy Care Plus at any time within the first five years following installation of your Mixergy hot water cylinder. The minimum initial subscription period is eighteen months.
In the event that you wish to cancel your Mixergy Care Plus, you can do so at any time after the minimum subscription period has expired and the service will persist for the remainder of the billing period and the following payment will not be withdrawn from your account.
Changes to Mixergy Care Plus
Mixergy reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions associated with this plan at any stage, customers will be notified of such changes in advance.
Mixergy reserves the right to increase the price of this plan at any time to reflect changes in business costs and/or inflation.
Mixergy reserves the right to terminate this Mixergy Care Plus, in the event that this happens, payments will cease and any outstanding cover period will be reimbursed.
Safety Valve Checks
In addition to the Mixergy Care Plus, Mixergy recommends that the operation of the safety valves (temperature and pressure relief valves) are checked on an annual basis by a qualified professional following the guidance detailed in the ‘Servicing and Maintenance’ section of the Mixergy Installation and Servicing Guide (document reference MDC0001).
